The single most common question from clients after "how much will it cost?" is "how long will it take?" Here's a realistic week-by-week timeline for an Indian mini golf project — from first feasibility conversation to opening day.

Time by format — why themed courses take longer
Standard mini golf is mostly a sub-base, edge and surface project — the kind of work that scales predictably with hole count. An 18-hole standard course is roughly twice the build of a 9-hole standard course.
Themed adventure courses don't scale that way. The sculpted set pieces, water features, lighting design and bespoke theming are their own production track — closer to a small theme-park ride than a sports surface. That's where the longer timelines come from.

Building around the Indian monsoon
Outdoor construction during peak monsoon is possible but slower and more weather-dependent. For most projects, we recommend either finishing site preparation and sub-base work before monsoon and pausing surface installation through the heaviest weeks, or scheduling the entire build for the post-monsoon window.
Indoor builds are not affected by monsoon timing — useful flexibility for projects that need a specific opening date.
